Trayl Notes Campaign: OneUp Goldstone Grips

Gear Review: OneUp Components Goldstone Grips.

Jackson Goldstone is one of the most exciting athletes in mountain biking right now, and the OneUp Goldstone Grips are the result of him working directly with the OneUp engineering team from the very first sketches. That backstory alone got my attention. After putting them through their paces on the trails around Anacortes, I came away with a genuine appreciation for what athlete-driven design can produce, and some honest observations about who these are really for.

Good gear is never the point, but it does have to earn its place.

I've spent years on both sides of the product, helping develop it and then taking it outside to see if it actually delivers. That perspective changes how you look at gear, and I think it makes for a more useful and honest review. That's what I'm trying to bring to every note I write here.
